Top View rents for $4,500 per week in addition to a $500 security deposit, 50% of the rent and full security deposit are due upon booking, with the remaining balance due 60 days prior to occupancy. A full refund is given if reservation is cancelled 60 days prior to occupancy. No refund is given if cancellations are made 59 days or less prior to occupancy. Two-week minimum for Christmas and New Years.
